Bouchard Cooperages, an international representative of Premium Oak Barrels, Casks and French Oak Barrel Alternatives, as well as Premium Eggs, Jarres, Amphorae and concrete tanks, is excited to welcome Katie Mattas to its growing team in the role of Barrel, Oak and Tank Consultant. Mattas is a skilled and passionate professional with twenty years of experience in the wine industry, and most recently worked as Area Sales Manager for Canton Cooperage and XtraChene, specializing in both wine barrels and oak alternatives. She is excited to apply her wine knowledge and oak experience to assist each Bouchard Cooperages client in achieving their winemaking goals. She will be focused primarily on winemaking programs in Napa and Sonoma counties, and will also consult for winemakers on the east coast as well as new and existing clients in Michigan and Arizona. ....
