Greenheck Group to Acquire Metal Industries Greenheck Dec 17, 2020 Share: Schofield, Wisconsin (December 16, 2020) – The Greenheck Group announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Metal Industries, a leading manufacturer of grilles, registers, diffusers, and air terminal products used in commercial and institutional buildings.
