HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Feb. 25, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, has successfully completed the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) of the Dynetics Human Landing System (HLS) for NASA s Artemis Program, marking another critical milestone in human spaceflight. This review provided NASA with insight into the design of the human lander that Dynetics hopes will carry the first woman and the next man to the Moon.

Background on Fahr
Fahr has worked in various sectors, including aviation. He most recently held leadership positions in purchasing, quality and project management at Airbus where he contributed to the development, production and delivery of components for more than 3,000 Airbus aircraft in Europe and Asia.
He also ran his own financial and strategic consulting firm in Brazil. He then moved to Asia while working for Airbus, where he was responsible for local procurement and development support for Airbus in the region, including work at the A320 Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Tianjin, China. ....

The EcoPulse distributed propulsion hybrid aircraft demonstrator which is being developed by Daher (Wissous, France), Safran (Paris, France) and Airbus (Toulouse, France) with the support of France’s CORAC civil aviation research council has successfully passed its Preliminary Design Review (PDR) as a first step toward validating the project’s feasibility and firming up the architecture for a first flight scheduled in 2022.
Incorporating a distributed propulsion configuration from Daher, Safran and Airbus, EcoPulse was originally unveiled at the 2019 Paris Air Show.
