A female brown hyena, that escaped the Seaview Predator Park in Gqeberha, has died. The hyena was struck by a car on Saturday, 17 April.
An escaped hyena from the Seaview Predator Park in Gqeberha died over the weekend when it was struck by a car on the N2. The female hyena escaped from the predator park with her brother earlier this month. Her brother was shot dead soon after his escape.
Seaview Predator Park, announced in a statement on their Facebook page, that the female hyena was found dead on Saturday, 17 April.
