Wednesday: Allegheny Valley Association of Churches Food Bank will be open to anyone in need from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. at 1913 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights. Pull into the center parking lot and food will be placed into your vehicle. Senior boxes are being distributed Wednesdays instead of Thursdays. Those who are not yet registered should come after 3 p.m. Proof of income is no longer required.
Kiski Township 
Dec. 31: Kiski Township Volunteer Fire Company is selling 2021 lottery calendars to benefit the company building fund. Cost: $30.

Volunteers needed at Kiski Valley Cat & Kitten Rescue
Kiski Valley Cat & Kitten Rescue in Apollo is seeking volunteers and donations.
The organization is dedicated to the prevention of cruelty and neglect toward cats and kittens and provides shelter and necessary medical care until they can find their forever home. The shelter usually runs at full capacity.
Volunteers are needed to clean and replenish food and water bowls, clean litter boxes, shelter floors and enclosures and play with the cats and kittens and are asked to commit to at least one shift per week. Days and times are flexible. Volunteers younger than 16 must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian who is at least over 18. ....

Pajama Project seeks pajama donations
The Rotary Club of Leechburg and Interact Club of Leechburg Area High School are sponsoring the Pajama Project collection through Monday in the Leechburg area.
