Rayne Police Chief Carroll Stelly says Moreno is being charged with one count of Second Degree Murder. 41-year-old Scott Cooper of Church Point was the first suspect arrested a week ago.

Victim Identified in Crash on I-10 in Rayne (UPDATED)
UPDATE: 34-year-old Ronrico Jones of Crowley has been identified as the victim who died in the crash.
Officials with the Rayne Police Department say, via press release, that one person has died after there was a major crash that happened on Interstate Ten eastbound.
This crash has claimed the life of the man who was driving a pickup truck that was involved in this crash that happened around 6:45 Wednesday morning.
Rayne Police Chief Carroll Stelly says that a pickup truck going westbound apparently crossed the median of the interstate and slammed into an 18-wheeler. The pickup truck burst into flames, and both of the vehicles ended up in the median of Interstate Ten. The Rayne Volunteer Fire Department was called to put out the blaze.
