COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) - A video caught the eyes of folks across Mississippi that showed what some felt was excessive force by local officers against a mentally ill man.
The video shows three Columbus Police officers taking down a man with mental illness.
The person who caught the incident on camera was Deforest Davis.
“It was like crazy. Like in that moment you want to do something, but you can’t do anything because of the consequences coming behind that.” ....
