   Loud music fueled a fight between neighbors when one neighbor asked the other to lower her music. She was then allegedly was struck in the head with the butt of a rifle.
   Española Police Sergeant Dustin Chavez wrote in his report he responded to a 2:26 a.m., May 12 call from a Calle Olivas woman who said her neighbor attacked her with a gun.
   Chavez initially spoke to the victim, Melissa Herrera, 36, who had a bump on her head and a small cut on her nose.    Herrera was highly intoxicated and not speaking clearly, Chavez wrote.
   Chavez saw blood spatter on her front door and two windows were broken on her vehicle, sitting in her front yard.
