Furthermore, the position of the abandoned caravan obscured road signs. Inside, the caravan was full of discarded household waste and rubbish. The waste appeared to have been in situ for some time and an unpleasant smell emanating from the interior. Officers located documents discarded within the caravan, one of which was a bank statement addressed to the defendant. A further identifying feature was observed on the outside of the caravan as underneath black masking tape was the wording “7a The Hermitage” which was seen next to the entrance door to the caravan and also under the window at the front of the caravan.

Published: 5/11/2021 8:56:34 AM Reading recent articles and columns about plans by the Northampton Department of Public Works to resurface and revamp Warfield Street inspired my family to take the trip down this out-of-the-way little side street. And, wow, their cherry trees are gorgeous!
Given this beauty and the low population and traffic on the street, it is really a wonder why this roadway needs such significant work. This is not to mention that some Warfield residents seem content with the way things are and/or desire only minor improvements
