In relative values, the decrease in unemployment was -0.99%. It is the second consecutive month in which the number of unemployed people has decreased. Thanks to this decrease, the total number of registered unemployment stood at 3,910,628 people. Unemployment falls in almost all the autonomous communities, in the four sectors of activity, in both sexes and in all age groups, which provides important consistency to the trend of reduction in unemployment this month. ....

A quarter of Swedes aged between 15 and 24 now find themselves outside the labour market in their home country, with the ongoing economic crisis only making matters worse. According to the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, the migration could result in long-term damage to the country’s growth. The number of Swedes choosing to work for their Norwegian neighbours has risen by 25 percent in just two years, to 83,000 in 2009.
