CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -Just one day after Phase 1B of Ohio’s vaccine rollout began, the City of Cleveland is out of doses.
In a pre-recorded audio statement on the city’s new vaccine hotline, residents were greeted Tuesday with the surprising news.
The City of Cleveland has a new vaccine call center for residents. Keep in mind, Phase 1B began yesterday.
