A potential nor easter could deliver the first major snowfall of the winter for central Pennsylvania on Wednesday, according to meteorologists. While the National Weather Services says a medium probability exists for a plowable snow, AccuWeather.com meteorologist Randy Adkins says if the storm sets up perfectly, the snowfall could be in the double digits.
