As the Maharashtra government extended the full lockdown in the state till June 1, the restrictions that already in place on Mumbai Local Trains will continue as before.
The Maharashtra government told the Bombay High Court that only frontline health workers and state government staff are currently allowed to use the services of suburban trains, the monorail, and metro trains amid the deadly second wave of COVID-19. ....

KHULNA, May 09, 2021 (BSS) – The government will distribute about Taka 7.59 crore among 1, 68,630 VGF card holders from tomorrow.
The authorities will distribute Taka 450 for each beneficiary card holder.
Khulna District Relief and Disaster Management Officials said, a total of Taka 1,59,75,000 will be distributed among 35,500 cardholders of Dacope upazila, Taka 1,45,01,700 among 32,226 cardholders of Batiaghata upazila, Taka 1,27,94,850 among 18,664 cardholders of Dighalia upazila, Taka 1,27,94,850 among 28,433 cardholders of Rupsha upazila, Taka 22,23,450 among 4,941 cardholders of Fultala upazila, Taka 48,69,900 among 10,822 cardholders of Koyra upazila, Taka 61,60,500 among 13,690 cardholders of Paikgachha upazila, Taka 35,81,550 among 7,959 cardholders of Terokhada upazila and Taka 73,77,750 among 16,395 cardholders of Dumuria upazila. ....
