Troy man accused of shooting at tow truck on I-696 because it was in the way By Amber Ainsworth Juan Patrick Geraghty Juan Patrick Geraghty, 19, is charged with carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent, felony firearm, felonious assault, and felony firearm. Police were called to the area of westbound I-696 and Coolidge around 2:35 p.m. on reports of a freeway shooting.
