Hong Ji Ah vividly saw that she was the reason why her mother died. She failed to perform the proper exorcism to save her mother.
Due to the strong impact of the exorcism that Hong Ji Ah did, she lost all her energy and was rushed to the hospital by Oh In Bum. After days in a coma, she finally woke up and talked to Ms. Joo Hwa Jung (Kang Mal Geum), Hong Ji Ah confronted her and asked why she hid the truth for almost 20 years.
The lady exorcist was very angry with Ms. Joo for what she did. Hong Ji Ah decided to travel alone in order to compose herself. She went to CEO Yum s (Kim Mi Kyung) place in the forest, she is the one who supplies her the equipment she needed for exorcism.

After she helped Oh In Bum (Jung Yong Hwa), Hong Ji Ah (Jang Na Ra) is now on her own to know the truth behind her mother s death.
Oh In Bum Acquired His Late Uncle s Memories
Oh In Bum peacefully sent the unrested spirit of his uncle after they had an intense confrontation with Do Hak Sung (Ahn Kil Kang).

Since he acquired his uncle s memories, Oh In Bum went to visit his grandmother to tell her that Oh Sung Sik (Kim Dae Gun) didn t commit suicide but was killed by Do Hak Sung because of greed.
Secretary Joo Hwa Jung (Kang Mal Geum) began to look for the child and gathered all the information that could help them in identifying who that child was. She went back to the office and told Hong Ji Ah that she already found the name and identity of the missing child 20 years ago.
The last person that Hong Ji Ah s mother encountered before was Oh In Bum s uncle, Oh Sung Sik (Kim Dae Gon), desperately seeking help. And the child that he was carrying before was actually Oh In Bum.
