Two developments underway in Bucks will add a total of 370 new homes to the county’s housing stock. Pictured above (second photo) is Alan Connolly, site manager at Deanfield Homes’ development in Ickford where the Gerrards Cross company established in 2016 is laying the foundations for 66 homes in a selection of two, three and four bedroom designs. The village development is ten minutes’ drive from Thame town centre and six miles from Haddenham and Thame Parkway station – well placed for commuters. The landscaping of the 3.2 acre site will include a fully equipped play area well as somewhere for villagers to sit and enjoy the view.
