SERA: POLICE A MAN WAS INTENTIONALLY RUN OVER BY A PICKUP TRUCK AND THEN THE DRIVER TOOK OFF. THE VICTIM LATER DIED AT THE HOSPITAL. I HEARD THE COMMOTION, HEARD MY DAUGHTER SCREAM. A man ran over over another man, killing him, after shouting racial slurs at at him in Belmont Tuesday, according to prosecutors who filed a civil rights violation and other charges against the driver. Dean Kapsalis, a 54-year-old from Hudson with a lengthy history of violations behind the wheel, is accused of hitting a 35-year-old Boston man with his Dodge Dakota truck after the two got into an argument. Kapsalis shouted racial epithets at the victim, Henry Tapia, who was Black, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan said at a news conference Wednesday. ....

Anchorage police seek man missing since February Print article The Anchorage Police Department is looking for information on the whereabouts of a 32-year-old Anchorage man who was last seen more than two months ago. In a release, police wrote that Joseph Belmont was last seen on Feb. 17. Since then, Belmont hasn t been in contact with his mother, which is very unusual, and has not picked up his medication from the pharmacy, police wrote. Belmont has his last name tattooed on one of his arms with a tattoo of a cross or plus-sign. He is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. ....
