So she has the answer written right on her menu. “Swedish pizza is a thin crust pizza, crisp and soft at the same time, made with a semi-soft yellow cheese rather than mozzarella.” When it comes to toppings, Swedes are not afraid to go crazy – “we like to call it, pizza without borders,” she says on her menu. ....
WORK is to be carried out to refurbish traffic lights in Llangollen this week. Works to the existing traffic signals and associated pedestrian crossings located on the A5 trunk road at Berwyn Street will start on Friday. The signals are no longer economical to maintain so need to be upgraded. The works will be carried out using temporary traffic signals in addition to temporary pedestrian crossings being installed to facilitate the safe crossing of members of the public across the A5 trunk road. The work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, May 21. ....
CHANGES to prevent vehicles from waiting on two Llangollen roads have been proposed. In its public notices, Denbighshire Council has proposed to make orders to prohibit the waiting of vehicles during specific times. These will be at Hall Street and Willow Street. Exceptions will be provided in the proposed Order to permit waiting in the lengths of road referred to for the purposes of alighting, boarding, loading and unloading, and works of maintenance, repair and the like. Exceptions will also be provided in the proposed Order to allow vehicles displaying both a Disabled Person’s Badge and a Disabled Person s Parking Disc to wait in the lengths of road specified for a period not exceeding 3 hours (not being a period separated by an interval of less than 1 hour from a previous period of waiting by the same vehicle on the same day). ....
