To the editor: The Democratic caucus for nominating a trustee for the Saranac Lake village board will be held on Jan. 26 at 6 p.m. Registered Democrats whose legal residence is in the village of Saranac Lake may vote. In order to best accommodate all voters at our caucus, we offer the following options: ¯ Walk up to Berkeley Green. Voter check-in starts at 6 p.m., caucus to follow. Volunteers will have you sign in, verify your voter status and collect nominations. Nominations will need to be seconded during the caucus. Stand or sit socially distanced in the park in one of the well-marked, physically distant spaces. We will hear from those nominated before casting our ballots. ....
