1 killed in Dauphin County tractor-trailer crash

One person was killed after two commercial vehicles collided on snow-covered roads in Dauphin County Sunday.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Harrisburg, the driver of Freightliner Cascadia was heading north on State Route 743 on the 1700 block of Laudermilch Road when he lost control going around a downhill curve on the slippery road. He struck an International truck in the southbound lane, police say.
The driver of the second truck was rushed to the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical center, where he died.
The crash is under investigation.
