Owner Ben Jamieson has purchased the shop beside the diner with plans to develop the site into a commercial bakery. The shop will produce buns for his diner s burgers as well as offering tasty treats for the public. Mr Jamieson is hoping the bakery will be up and running by June. And then, ideally, we would start moving (to the other side) a little bit more just to open up … parking for this operation, just because we are so hamstrung for parking in town here. We re hoping to get about 55 car parks in there which would be fantastic for us but also for Palmwoods.
