NMCC secures grant for $1M EMS simulation lab expansion
Contributed • April 20, 2021 Construction will soon be underway at Northern Maine Community College to develop an emergency medical service simulation lab. The expansion is part of an ongoing effort to use simulated environments to provide near real-world experiences to students in supervised training settings.

Vaccine Information for EMS Town Hall meetings offered statewide starting December 18
The Maine EMS Medical Direction & Practices Board will host a series of statewide Town Hall virtual meetings to discuss the COVID vaccine for EMS clinicians. The goal is to provide a better understanding of the medication, to use to help guide you in your decision to receive this vaccine administration. These meetings are open to all, and are not limited or restricted by region, so please feel free to attend any meeting that fits your schedule.
