Columbia Park Trail East Improvements Going On Now in Richland
When all is said and done, the $5 million worth of improvements to Columbia Park Trail east in Richland will, pardon the pun, begin to pave the way for a better overall developmental vision in that part of the city down by the beautiful Columbia River.

According to the City of Richland s website, the Columbia Park Trail East Improvements project consists of the full reconstruction of Columbia Park Trail east for approximately 6,000 linear feet from Fowler Street on the west to the Hanford Reach Interpretive Center entrance road on the east.

IDAHO FALLS – The Benton Franklin Council of Governments announced the appointment of Michelle Holt as its new Executive Director. The BFCG Board ratified Ms. Holt’s contract Friday morning, after a four-month recruitment process. She will begin her duties on February 15, 2021.
She succeeds Stephanie Seamans, who served BFCG as Executive Director and Community and Economic Development Manager.
“I am delighted to have Michelle coming on board to be our next Executive Director,” said Board President Skip Novakovich.
