(WFIE) - A cat was stuck high in a tree in Evansville, but heâs now safe. Viewers say he had been stuck in the tree for at least five days. The tree was on Sheffield Drive near Thompkins Middle School. High Score Saloon offered $200 to a tree trimmer or someone who might have the equipment to come get it down. Python Swallows Pet Cat Whole in Horrifying Incident On 4/5/21 at 4:57 PM EDT A housecat named Hurjun met a horrific end on April 4 when he was apparently suffocated and swallowed whole by a python in the comfort of his Thailand home, according to Mothership. Photographs of the scene posted to Facebook show the snake digesting its meal, its diamond-patterned belly noticeably distended. In the same post, Hurjun s owner, Kanchi Nard, recounted the tragic series of events, which took place around 3 p.m. local time.
