The Pacific Ocean, the largest and deepest ocean on Earth, alone has more marine species than any other ocean basin. The pressure of the dense population of the region on the ecosystem has been alarming. This is why several organisations have been racing against time with their marine conservation projects to protect and preserve the ecosystems and the flora and fauna supported by them.  ....

A swarm of two-year-olds at a Brisbane Bush Kindy class are suddenly off their parents’ laps and looking for something in the nearby scrub to shake.
We are at Karawatha Forest Discovery Centre near Calamvale, where a Brisbane City Council Bush Kindy class is under way.
