When I was pitching, people would say: “Oh, she is this unsuccessful artist.” But her longing is to contribute to a greater cause! Gritt was born into a Christian community only to be torn out of it, but she still has sincerity and high ideals, which is not that common – at least not in Norway right now. For her, it s crucial to manifest that, and when she doesn t find her outlet, also in the art field where we have all these “norms”, she has to leave. She finds something else, in nature, and is confronted ....

Variety has been given exclusive access to the trailer.
Based on the Groningen HIV case, in which three men drugged other men and infected them with their own HIV-infected blood, “Feast” is described by Square Eyes as “a bold and provocative film that skilfully reflects the questions of life, death and morality that have emerged from one of the most disquieting stories in contemporary Dutch life.”

Here are my top 10 All India and South Asian films of 2020. Note that it has been an exceptional year because of COVID-19, with theatrical, festival, online and related film screenings of 2020 and 2021 delayed or in a flux. Despite everything, filmmakers still made films-and miracles happened.
1. THE DISCIPLE by Chaitanya Tamhane, Marathi: Was in the main competition at the Venice Film Festival, where it won Best Screenplay and the FIPRESCI Film Critics’ Award.
