According to the court, Migues pled guilty Tuesday to eight counts of obstruction of court records and was sentenced to a total of two years suspended jail time, 90 days of house arrest, 4 years of probation and 240 hours of community service. Louisiana State Police spokesman Trooper Thomas Gossen says Migues was booked into the Iberia Parish Jail and faces eight counts of forgery, injuring public records, and malfeasance in office. Detectives received tips in January alleging multiple signatures had been forged by Migues on official court documents. Investigators say they confirmed Migues did this pertaining to multiple individuals, showing they had been served with a subpoena in lieu of making personal service.
