According to Chu Van Men, director of the Military Medical University’s Centre for Clinical Trials and Bioequivalence, the majority of vaccinated individuals during the second-stage of human trials, remain in a stable condition . Hai Phong Party Committee has asked Hai Phong People s Committee to speed up the process to complete procedures and disburse funds to build 67 parks during the 2021-2022 period. This is part of a project to improve the urban area landscape and boost the new village model. The city authorities have asked related parties to research and have detailed planning for the project.
