The Danville Museum of Fine Arts and History, in collaboration with the Danville Regional Foundation, will present its Museum Residency Community Engagement Music Event this month. The museum will feature Adam Hurt and Beth Williams Hartness, who will perform Musical Tapestries from the Appalachains: Banjo and fiddle narratives/authentic regional sounds. The event will take place March 20 from 2 until 5 p.m. at 536 Craghead Street Gallery Space in Danville. Adam Hurt and Beth Williams Hartness perform duets of traditional music from the Appalachian south and elsewhere with clawhammer banjo, fiddle, fingerstyle guitar, and vocals.
