I feel Canadians should be very concerned about proposed legislation by the federal government. Bill C-10, also known as the Broadcasting Act reform bill, was tabled last year by Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault to “make web giants pay.”
In my opinion, it is a Trojan horse that threatens freedom of speech and expression in Canada.
