As ever, the Corkman will aim to increase the home cook’s skills, confidence and repertoire of recipes, while giving familiar ingredients an imaginative twist.

Led by one of Earl of East’s expert candle makers, workshop attendees will be guided through the candle making process, whilst also sharing a gin cocktail. Ahead of tuning in to the online workshop via Zoom, viewers will receive a bespoke kit containing all of the tools and botanical oils needed to create their very own Fiche Dó candle. Viewers will also receive a 20cl bottle of The Botanist Gin, highball glassware and cocktail recipe booklet, including ideas for the perfect garnish to add a unique touch to your cocktail. Masterclasses take place on 13 March (4pm), 14 March (2pm) and 20 March (4pm).
