(WFIE) - Biscuit Belly, a chef-driven, fast casual breakfast and brunch concept, announced its expansion to Indiana, with its first drive-thru location. Scheduled to open in early May, the new restaurant will be located at 945 N Burkhardt Road in Evansville. The brainchild of pharmacist turned restaurateur, Chad Coulter, Biscuit Belly currently operates three locations throughout Louisville. Biscuit Belly’s new drive-thru prototype will feature an “Express Drive-Thru Lane” and online and app order ahead offerings.

You can make them into a sandwich, cover them with gravy, no matter what you do to them, they are delicious. It s apparent that I am not the only one who has a love for biscuits because there is a restaurant based around them.and it s coming to the Tri-State. As originally reported by Evansville 411 News, Biscuit Belly is expanding to Evansville. The Louisville based company plans to open up shop at The Promenade of Evansville off of Burkhardt Road in May.

Popular Searches Steve Ritchie, whose tenure with the Louisville-based pizza chain came to an abrupt end in August 2019, announced Monday that his organization, Endeavor Restaurant Group, bought LouVino Restaurant and Wine Bars, which has five locations across Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.
