EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Biscuit Belly, a chef-driven, fast casual breakfast and brunch concept, announced its expansion to Indiana, with its first drive-thru location.
Scheduled to open in early May, the new restaurant will be located at 945 N Burkhardt Road in Evansville.
The brainchild of pharmacist turned restaurateur, Chad Coulter,
Biscuit Belly currently operates three locations throughout Louisville.
Biscuit Belly’s new drive-thru prototype will feature an “Express Drive-Thru Lane” and online and app order ahead offerings.
