1. Naomh Conaill (1)
With the Donegal SFC final yet to be played, Naomh Conaill are still the reigning holders of the Dr Maguire Cup, and remain the team to beat in the county. They made light work of their opponents on the way through to the County semi-final but were pushed all the way by St Eunan’s and needed a superb Ciaran Thompson winner to see of the Letterkenny men. Some of their more experienced players are pushing on in age now, but they have great depth, and Robbie McDonnell and Daniel Gildea, who played for the county minors against Tyrone, should add to that in 2021.
DEFIANCE â Bryan dominated the fourth quarter against Paulding in the Grube Family Holiday Classic, and it turned into a victory.
The Golden Bears scored 22 points in the final frame, while going 6 of 8 from the field â including one 3-pointer â and 9 for 12 at the free-throw line, to post a 48-42 nonleague boys basketball win over the Panthers in day one of the tournament at Defiance High School.
Bryan (2-4) will face Wauseon (5-1) in the championship game at approximately 8 p.m. today at Defiance High School. Paulding (4-4) will play Tinora (1-1) beforehand at approximately 6 p.m in the consolation game. The Indians beat the Rams 46-29 in Mondayâs nightcap.

DONEGAL 0-7
TYRONE 0-8
The Red Hands men could afford to hit 13 wides, but they had Ruairi Canavan in their ranks and although he accounted for a good number of those wides, he was still the match winner.
In the end Canavan was the difference between the sides. He looks like a real chip of the old block and was dangerous off either foot. The Tyrone side were strong around midfield with Conor Colton very good in the air.
