Times Leader Staff Writer ST. CLAIRSVILLE An Easter Craft and Vendor Event is set to take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 20 at the Belmont County Fairgrounds’ Wise Building. The event will feature 40 different vendors selling a variety of goods, wares and crafts. The vendors will be set up inside and outside of the facility. There is no entry fee, said Mark Matthias, event organizer. Food vendors also will be available for people to purchase lunch and beverages. Social distancing and masks will be required because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. “This is the first year for this event. There will be six throughout the year at the Belmont County Fairgrounds,” Matthias said. ....
