1/1 A DRUG gang leader and a street dealer responsible for supplying crack cocaine deals in Ellesmere Port have been locked up. James Swindells, 28 and Kyle Williams, 20, both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supplying the class A drug in the town, with Swindells also guilty of possession with intent to supply a class B drug. Chester Crown Court heard on Tuesday, February 9 the pair were part of a large-scale drugs gang operation which police had targeted last year, with dozens of defendants since charged and jailed for their respective parts. Prosecuting, Simon Parry said this was part of the Scouse Jay team supplying crack cocaine in Ellesmere Port, with police monitoring it from September 2019 until June 2020. ....

THREE men have been jailed for their part in a conspiracy to bring class A drugs to North Wales. Appearing before Mold Crown Court on Friday afternoon were 21-year-old Mark Lavelle, of Prince William Street in Liverpool, 29-year-old Shaun Lines, of Kingsley Road in Garden City, 23-year-old Jonathan Jones, of Lancaster Road in Widnes and 33-year-old Kayleigh Jones of of Kingsley Road in Garden City. The four had all admitted conspiracy to supply cocaine and heroin. Matthew Dunford, prosecuting, told the court the offences took place between May and October in 2019. The most active figure in the operation was Jonathan Jones, who was known as Scouse Taz. ....
