According to owner and coach, Beau Admire, Brian Ledbetter, Zach Redding, Paul Kisler, and Zac Williams tested for their black belts April 3. Admire said, These four students had a grueling four hour and twenty minute testing. Testing included 30 minutes of light sparring, 50 minutes bag work, one hour Badger Burpees; 10 sets of 10 (100), one hour fight forms, and one hour of combat techniques. This was done after four years of training at our gym leading up to this testing, explained Admire. Badger Combatives is a modern self defense system.
