You’d think there would be some frustrated people out there, those that had to reschedule, but it was the opposite. We found out those receiving the vaccine are just happy for the opportunity to get it. “We had to reschedule last week because of the weather, but we’re here today, enjoying the weather and getting our vaccinations in, said Bryan resident Morgan Gallow. Looking forward to the next one when it’s scheduled.” ....
UPDATE: February 9, 2021 The Brazos County Health District confirmed three more residents have died of COVID-19. All three patients were hospitalized in their 60s and included one man and two women. We have now lost 184 Brazos County residents to the COVID-19 pandemic. The health district reported there are 40 new known cases of COVID-19 in the county and the total number of active cases are at 1,358. As of February 7, 41 Brazos County residents are hospitalized with COVID-19 and the total ICU hospital bed occupancy rate is down to 106%. The total hospital bed occupancy rate is 81%. UPDATE: February 8, 2021 The Brazos County Health District reported there are 84 new known cases of COVID-19 in the county and the total number of active cases is 1,424. As of February 7, 41 Brazos County residents are hospitalized with COVID-19 and the total ICU hospital bed occupancy rate is 133%. The total hospital bed occupancy rate is 87%. ....

According to DPS, the incident occurred at approximately 9:27 A.M., involving a 2018 Ford Van Fed-Ex vehicle and a 2020 Kia Sorento. The Kia was traveling east on SH 21 when the right rear tire had a blowout. The Kia driver over-corrected and crossed over into the westbound lane where it collided with the Fed-Ex vehicle. ....
