PEOPLE in and around the Bridport area will now be able to gain information and advice about council services in person. Dorset Council s customer service hub at Mountfield on Rax Lane has reopened from today, Wednesday, July 21. Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020 - people have had to access services online or by phone, and will now be able to speak to someone face to face. Customer services will be able to assist with council enquiries or urgent needs that cannot be supported over the phone or online. The opening times will be Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am until 12.30pm and 1.30pm until 5pm and Fridays from 9am until 12.30pm and 1.30pm until 4.30pm. ....
