Awulae Agyefi Kwame debunks claim of apology to Western Regional Minister

The Paramount of the Nsien Traditional Area in the Nzema East Municipality, Awulae Agyefi Kwame II has refuted speculation in some circles that he has apologized to the Western Regional Minister, Mr. Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah.
