Every spring, art teachers at Bay County schools choose the best art projects throughout the year for display at the Center for the Arts.
“Last year, we unfortunately had to shift the Best of Bay (Schools) exhibition online due to COVID precautions, so we’re happy to once again display the student artwork in person,” said Jayson Kretzer, executive director of Bay Arts Alliance. “We love offering that first chance for young artists to see their art hanging in a gallery, and we hope that it encourages them to continue in the field.”
Because of limited space in the Center for the Arts, the exhibition is split into two parts. Work by elementary school students will be on display from April 10-17, with work by secondary students on display April 20-May 1. ....
