That added to the 1.5 to 2 inches of snow and sleet that already accumulated throughout the week, NWS Nashville meteorologist James LaRosa said. © Franklin Police Department Interstate 65 southbound was shut down near the Interstate 840 interchange in Williamson County on Thursday after truck jack-knifed and extreme ice built up, the Franklin Police Department reported.
Nashville saw between 2 and 3 inches, while areas further west and south saw 3 to 4. Waynesboro received between 4 and 6 inches, and Clarksville accumulated between 1 and 2.
