BJP demanded strict action against Sharjeel Usmani with its city head Jagdish Mulik submitting a letter to the police commissioner regarding the same. A case has been registered at Swargate police station against Usmani for allegedly making inflammatory speeches against Hinduism and Hindus during the January 30 Elgaar Parishad in Pune. Advocate Pradeep Gawade has filed a complaint in this case, registered under section 153 (a) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). ....
