The petition signed by lawyers Amanda Clinton and Bianca Clinton also wants Parliament to work with the Attorney General’s (A-G) Department to pass legislation that will deal with Ponzi schemes in Ghana. The lawyers are also requesting specialist guidelines for government agencies including the AG, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), National Security, Interpol, CID, NIB, Office of the President on the fight against Ponzi schemes. ....
