One-off Lamborghini SC20 speedster unveiled: 759bhp V12, no windscreen

Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse skunkworks has unveiled its latest one-off project – a bespoke, open-top supercar called the SC20.
The newcomer is based on the Aventador SVJ and powered by the naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 found in the donor car, which has an output of 759bhp and 720Nm of torque. The unit sends drive to all four wheels via a seven-speed automatic gearbox.
Despite the SV20’s mechanical similarities to the Aventador SVJ, it’s bodywork bears little resemblance. It’s an all carbon fibre creation, which draws inspiration from other one-off roofless Lamborghinis, such as the Aventador J and Veneno Roadster. ....

Lamborghini has created a one-off track weapon, featuring no roof and a powerful V12, for a very exclusive customer.
It’s called the SC20, named after the Squadra Corse motorsport department and the 2020 model year.
Starting with an Aventador, the carbon fibre bodywork is significantly chopped, no longer sporting a roof to offer a visceral driving experience. A unique front splitter with two wings, hood-mounted air intakes, and a massive rear wing which can be set to three positions all conspire to create a formidable machine.

Lamborghini Debuts New SC20, A One-Off V12 Roadster Built For One Of Its Customers

Meet the Lamborghini’s latest Squadra Corsa project; the one-off SC20. This custom-designed and built roadster was created at Lamborghini Centro Stile, to the exact specifications of an unnamed customer, who was involved in the project from the very beginning.
Even though it was designed as a hardcore open-top track car, the new Lamborghini SC20 is also type-approved for road use. It is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine, producing 760 HP (770 PS) at 8,500 rpm and 531 lb-ft (720 Nm) of torque at 6,750 rpm.
The SC20’s carbon fiber body was slicked down by hand in order to deliver optimal airflow, resulting in comfortable open-air driving even at high speeds, not to mention excellent aerodynamic performance. ....

One-off roofless roadster based on already-unhinged Aventador SVJ keeps mighty 6.5-litre V12
The Lamborghini Squadra Corse motorsport division has pulled the drapes off a bespoke one-off hypercar called the SC20 that it has created to rival the McLaren Elva and Ferrari SP1/SP2 Monza.
Based on the current Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster, the Squadra Corse keeps its wild 6.5-litre naturally-aspirated V12 that’s combined with all-wheel drive and a seven-speed single-clutch automated manual transmission.
But, from then on, the Lamborghini SC20 is unique.
Featuring an entirely new carbon-fibre body and aggressive aero developed from Lamborghini’s motorsport know-how, the SC20’s front splitter and bumper are inspired by the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO racer while its gaping intakes are lifted from the recently-revealed track-only Essenza ....
