The results are in, and Pennsylvania amusement parks are once again at the top of the heap this year.
The National Amusement Park Historical Association has released the results of a 2020 survey of their members, ranking the top amusement parks in the nation on a variety of categories.
And at the top of the list were two Pennsylvania parks, Kennywood Park in West Mifflin and Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, tied for first place for Favorite Traditional Park.
But that’s not all. When ranking roller coasters, Knoebels nabbed the nation’s favorite wooden roller coaster with the Phoenix, followed closely by Kennywood’s Jack Rabbit coaster in second place. ....
