(Sadly, no party this year. #ThanksCOVID.) Pi Day also reminds me of the one and only time I participated in a Kickstarter campaign. In 2013, via Kickstarter, I pledged $15 to a stranger on the internet who promised to manufacture metallic baking pans in the shape of the pi symbol. Obviously, I had to have one. A few months later, he delivered. I’ve been the happiest Pi Day nerd in the world ever since. ....
