A Natick firm has paid $2.3 million for an office building in town once owned by the defunct International Museum of World War II next door. The museum, which closed in 2019, still owns its former home at 8 Mercer Road but sold 6 Mercer Road, a roughly 14,000-square-foot office building just off Route 9, for $1.8 million in April to a limited liability corporation registered to Yusef Haj Darwish and Paul Vallera of Norwood. Darwish and Vallera, two doctors, then turned around and sold 6 Mercer Road to a limited liability corporation registered to the head of Cross Services Group, a Natick home cleaning and maintenance firm. ....
