Applications being accepted for Bay Village council vacancy Updated Dec 14, 2020; Facebook Share BAY VILLAGE, Ohio City Councilwoman-at-Large Nancy Stainbrook is stepping down from her council seat one year early. The city is accepting applications to replace her. Stainbrook was on City Council once before one term from 2002 to 2005 and the current term that is due to expire at the end of 2021. She was originally appointed the second time in February 2017 to fill out a term that ended at the end of that year. She then ran for the four-year term seat in November 2018. Her resignation goes into effect Dec. 31. ....
