HEAT: Keep dogs out of hot cars this summer - RSPCS WARNINGS have been issued to dog owners in all parts of the county not to lock them in cars during this hot weather. Yesterday the RSPCA reported a further two deaths in Cumbria in the last week from dogs being left in cars to overheat.
